Really can’t get over how good this came out…second time’s a charm! (First time was a fail)
English muffin w/roasted red pepper hummus, pepperjack cheese, a runny egg inside an avocado slice & a touch of adobo on top. Must buy small eggs next time though bc large eggs take forever to cook :(
Roommate made green tea red bean cheesecake again…tres delicieux. Makes my stomach hurt a bit since I’m lactose but totally worth it!
